Fast Cleaning
The Pulsar VI-P incorporates a cubic foot capacity blast machine in place of the suction blast system found on the Pulsar VI. Pressure blasting cleans a rates three to four times faster than suction blasting and results in a better profile for bonding coatings of for stress relief on metals. Pressing the foot pedals opens the air inlet and closes the automatic filling valve at the top of the blast machine. Blastin begins. Releasing the pedal closes the air inlet. Blasting stop. The auomatic filling valve opens allowing reclaimed media to fall from the reclaimer into the blast machine. The dust collector cartridge is pulse-cleaned each time the pedal is pressed or released.
